1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting ("Rumi") or inviting ("Rumi Bot") to your Discord server or logging into our website ("rumi.rf.gd"), you agree and consent to the terms displayed on this page including our policies (Privacy Policy). When we state "Rumi," "we," "us," and "our" in these terms, we mean Rumi. "Services" mean Rumi's services that we offer to users. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Description of Services

Rumi provides interactive features within the Discord platform, including but not limited to virtual economy simulations, artificial intelligence companion interactions, and utility commands. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Virtual Currency and Digital Assets

The "Rumi Coin" (RC), virtual properties, mining rigs, and any other digital assets existing within our ecosystem are strictly for entertainment and simulation purposes. These virtual assets hold absolute zero real-world monetary value, are not cryptocurrency, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency or other real-world valuables. All virtual balances and assets are licensed to you, not sold, and we reserve complete right to wipe, alter, or revoke these virtual funds at our sole discretion (including seasonal resets or economic balancing).

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Utilize macros, auto-typers, self-bots, or automated software to "farm" currency or exploit economy commands limiters.
• Exploit, distribute, or hide knowledge of bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in the economy.
• Harass, threaten, or circumvent Discord's native Terms of Service while using our bot.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or maliciously attack the bot's API endpoints.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent blacklist from the Rumi ecosystem across all servers.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the bot. In no event shall Rumi or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to server interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the bot.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use our Services after any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms. Violation of our Terms of Service could result in a permanent ban across all of our services.
