1. Information We Collect

We collect and store only the minimal amount of data necessary to explicitly provide our Services. This includes:

• Discord Identifiers: Your Discord User ID and Server (Guild) IDs where the bot operates.
• Economy Data: Game state data such as Rumi Coin (RC) balance, acquired property assets, hardware configurations (mining rigs), and transaction history.

2. Message Visibility & AI Processing

Rumi requires the ability to read messages to register commands and engage in AI conversations. We do not permanently log, record, or store the content of your messages. When you trigger the AI companion feature, your message content is processed in real-time. We only temporarily cache recent conversation context in memory to maintain logical conversational flow. Once the context expires, the message content completely dissipates from our systems.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to provide the bot's intended operational features: simulating your personal virtual economy, executing slash commands, resolving technical issues, and preventing gross abuse or rule violations across the ecosystem.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal data. However, functional components of Rumi rely on secure third-party APIs:

• OpenRouter AI: During AI interactions, the text of your prompt is sent to OpenRouter API to generate the AI's response. OpenRouter's policies strictly prohibit using this API data for model training.
• Binance: We fetch cryptocurrency pricing metrics from Binance's public API to facilitate our live-trading economy commands. This does not involve transmitting any of your personal data to them.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your Discord User ID and associated economy data for as long as you participate in the Rumi ecosystem. Under regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA, you possess the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your data. To permanently erase your profile and wipe your economy data, please join our community support server and contact administration, or utilize the bot's data deletion command if technically available.
