Welcome to the official documentation for RUMI — the most feature-packed Discord bot combining real-time cryptocurrency paper trading, a Gemini-powered AI companion, a full virtual economy RPG, 7 casino games, and 60+ anime image commands.

This documentation covers everything from inviting the bot to executing your first trade.

Inviting RUMI

To add RUMI to your server, click the invite link below. Make sure you have the Manage Server permission on the target server.

Once RUMI is in, it will automatically register all slash commands. No additional setup is required. Use /help to see the full list.

Account Creation

RUMI does not require any manual registration. Your bank account is created automatically the very first time you execute any economy or market command.

Upon creation, you'll receive a base amount of RC coins and a Silver ATM Card to start your journey.

Prefixes

RUMI uses two types of command triggers:

Slash Commands (/): The primary interface for Economy and Crypto commands. Type / in any Discord channel to see the full list.
Prefix Commands (>): Used for Rumi AI, anime image commands, and minigames. Example: >rumi hello!

Both types of commands work in any channel RUMI has access to.

Rumi Crypto Exchange (RCE)

The RCE is RUMI's flagship feature — a fully simulated cryptocurrency trading system powered by the live Binance API. All coin prices, 24H stats, and trade data are pulled in real-time, making it feel exactly like a real exchange.

Instead of plain text responses, RUMI generates full visual Canvas images for Market Views, Info Charts, and Portfolios — all rendered directly inside Discord.

RC & USDT Explained

There are two currencies you need to understand:

Rumi Coin (RC): The primary in-bot currency. Earned from /work, /daily, casino games, and minigames. Used to fund crypto purchases.
USDT (Tether): All crypto assets on the market are priced in USDT for realism. When you buy BTC, RUMI fetches its live USDT price, converts your RC at a fixed RC→USDT rate, and executes the paper trade.

⚠️ Note: RC and real-world money are entirely separate. RUMI is a paper trading simulation for entertainment only.

Executing Trades

Market Orders (Instant Execution)

/market buy coin:SOL amount:100  ── Buy $100 USDT worth of SOL at current price
/market buy coin:BTC amount:50%  ── Buy with 50% of your USDT balance
/market sell coin:SOL amount:all  ── Sell your entire SOL holding instantly
/market sell coin:ETH amount:25%  ── Sell 25% of your ETH holdings

Limit Orders (Queue at a Price)

A Limit Order lets you set a target price. The bot checks prices every 60 seconds and executes automatically when your target is hit.

Portfolio & PNL

Track your investment performance with /market portfolio. The generated Canvas shows:

Holdings: Each coin you own with the quantity held
Average Cost: Your average buy-in price per coin in USDT
Current Value: Live USDT value of your holdings
PNL: Profit/Loss in both USDT and % vs. your cost basis
Total Portfolio Value: Aggregate worth across all holdings

Coin Tiers

Every coin on RUMI belongs to a tier that determines its minimum trade amounts and decimal precision:

All buys require a minimum of $0.50 USDT. Use /market info coin:X to see the exact decimals for any coin.

Earning RC

The primary ways to earn RC without trading:

/work    ── Earn salary every few hours. Rate scales with Tier.
/daily   ── Daily bonus. Streak multiplier applies for consecutive days.
/beg     ── Random small amount. Has short cooldown.
/collect  ── Collect passive income from your owned Businesses.

Work & Careers

/work is your primary hourly income source. The new career system replaces the old single-location shift — you now apply for a specific career and run real workplace scenarios every hour.

Choose one of 10 available career fields:

⚽ Sports — Athlete, coach, team management
🎨 Creative — Designer, artist, content creator
🎬 Entertainment — Actor, producer, event management
📚 Education — Teacher, tutor, academic roles

Each career tracks its own shift count. Switching to a new career does not reset your progress in previous careers.

📋 Scenario Shifts

Every time you work a shift, you are presented with a real workplace situation and 3–4 action choices. Your choice determines the outcome:

💼 Side Jobs

Side Jobs (Courier, Janitor, Security Guard, etc.) operate on a completely separate cooldown from your main career. You can work both in the same hour for double the income.

🔩 Workshop Items

Buy career items from /shop → 🔩 Workshop. Each item costs 2,500 RC and comes with 10 uses (stackable). Equip a Workshop item before your shift to guarantee a Success result, regardless of which action you choose.

💡 Workshop items are grouped by career category. A Culinary item will work on any Culinary career shift — no job-locking!

ATM Card & Bank

RUMI features a visual ATM system. Your bank card stores your savings and earns safe storage away from robbers (you can only be robbed from your wallet, not your bank).

Silver Card — 50,000 RC limit (default)
Gold Card — 500,000 RC limit
Platinum Card — Unlimited storage

Business & Passive Income

Buy businesses to earn RC passively over time. Income accrues while you're offline and can be collected via /collect.

Each business earns a fixed rate per hour
You can own multiple businesses simultaneously
Higher-value businesses require more investment but generate far more

Property & Mining Rigs

Mining is one of the most advanced ways to earn crypto assets passively.

Property (/property): Before you can run a mining rig, you need a location to place them. You can buy (Freehold) or rent (Leasehold) a property. Make sure the property has enough Grid Capacity (VA) to support your rigs power consumption!
Mining Rigs (/mining): Assemble rigs using various PC components (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, etc.). Higher tier GPUs mine faster but consume significantly more electricity. If your total wattage exceeds your Grid Capacity, it will cause a Power Trip!
Airflow & Maintenance: Mining creates heat and dust over time. Keep an eye on airflow! If it drops below 50%, rigs will thermal throttle. Perform maintenance (e.g. Compressed Air) to clean them.

Bills & Utilities

Track all your weekly and monthly financial obligations through /bills.

⚠️ Overdue Penalties: Failure to pay bills will result in severe consequences! Employees go on strike (No income), ISP disconnected (Rigs stop working), Property sealed, ATM frozen. Always pay your bills manually from your Bank balance!

Casino Games

RUMI features 7 casino-style games inside Discord. All games are interactive with buttons and react to your choices in real-time:

/game slots      ── Spin 3 reels. Match symbols for multipliers.
/game blackjack  ── Hit / Stand / Double Down vs. RUMI dealer.
/game roulette   ── Bet Red, Black, or a specific number.
/game dice       ── Roll higher than RUMI to win.
/game coinflip   ── 50/50. Heads or Tails.
/game horserace  ── Pick a horse and watch the live race unfold.
/game tictactoe  ── Interactive 3x3 board. Beat RUMI if you can.

Minigames

Skill-based minigames that reward knowledge and quick thinking:

>quiz — Trivia questions. Answer fast for bigger RC rewards.
>wordchain — Channel-wide word chain game. Build streaks!
>animeguess — Guess the blurred anime character before time runs out.

Leveling System Setup

RUMI has a built-in chat XP leveling system. It is disabled by default on all new servers — an admin must explicitly enable it.

/levelsetup toggle action:Disable  ── Pauses XP gain. Data is preserved.

💡 Existing servers that had leveling active before this update are automatically kept enabled — no action needed.

Level-Up Notifications

Set a dedicated channel where RUMI announces when a user levels up.

Level Role Milestones

Automatically create and assign Discord roles for level milestones (Level 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100).

⚠️ Make sure RUMI's role is ranked above the milestone roles in your server's role hierarchy, otherwise it cannot assign them.

Channel Restrictions

By default, RUMI responds to commands in any channel. Use /setchannel to restrict the bot to only specific channels.

💡 Admins (users with Administrator permission) are always exempt from channel restrictions and can use commands anywhere.
